3 Hour Session

ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Finally, we have enough time to truly deep dive into your world. This session starts with a conversation about your current physical, emotional, and spiritual health, allowing your story to truly unfold into the space, then setting intentions for our time together. We will then move into bodywork, which could focus on the lymphatic system, abdominal and uterine massage, breast/chest massage, intra-oral massage, nervous system regulation, grounding practices, salt scrubs, dry cupping, sound healing, and using different tools such as gua shas, hot stones, warm compresses, Ayurvedic medicated oils, essential oils, etc. This session could also include pelvic steams, facial steams, netra basti, kati basti, and other Ayurvedic bodywork practices depending on what your body needs at this current time. We will end with suggestions for self-care for your greatest health. This session is held as a ceremony, inviting you to drop into sacred space with me as we tend to your entire being.
